Hi Everyone!
This week we talk about exercise, no, it is not a dirty word! These bodies were made to move! No more excuses! Let's get started, if you haven't already done so.
This has been a most incredible summer in Michigan, no kidding! I can't remember a morning that I haven't been able to walk in the neighborhood. And I love that! Walking on the tread mill just is so boring! I love getting outside and seeing all of God's beauty around me.
7.30am, and I am walking. 2 miles, in 30 minutes, 5 times a week. Then 10 minutes on the rowing machine each day. It has become a habit that I look forward to every day.
I know I have more time than most of you, but you can do it. Start small, just a minute or two, and gradually build up to a longer time. Your body will thank you!
